Content Planner

We are looking for a skilled Content Planner who can create meaningful, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital and print platforms. The right candidate should have a strong command of both Bangla and English, understand storytelling, and be able to translate brand vision into consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based content plans aligned with brand goals and admission targets.
-Create structured content calendars for digital and offline platforms.
-Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.
-Plan course promotion campaigns, event campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
-Write high-quality and engaging content for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), Website pages, landing pages, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
-Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure effective visual storytelling.
-Develop student-centric content addressing career growth, skills, and industry demand.
-Conduct competitor content analysis, identify trending IT skills and career opportunities.
-Research audience psychology and behavior.
-Suggest content themes based on industry demand and enrollment trends
-Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, leads, conversion)
-Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements
-Prepare monthly performance reports
-Continuously refine content strategy based on analytics
Requirements:
-Strong writing proficiency in both Bangla and English.
-Prior experience in content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting will be preferred.
-Understanding of brand communication, digital platforms, and current content trends.
-Ability to work collaboratively and manage timelines.
